Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is unique in that it can provide a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space to explore yourself deeply and intentionally, one-on-one with a trained therapist. Individual counseling can provide a space to identify the ways we are ‘stuck’ and begin to liberate ourselves from these patterns of behavior, thought, and emotions that bring us suffering. Counseling can help us navigate a balance between acceptance of where we are at in this moment, while also cultivating movement towards change.
